dRofus is pleased to announce that Beatrix Serrano has joined as a Customer Support Specialist  based in San Francisco. 

Beatrix Serrano began her experience focusing  on areas of Graphic Design and Visual Marketing. After earning her B.F.A. in Graphic Design at Emmanual College in Boston Ma, Beatrix sought out to gain more professional experience working for a design firm in Madrid Spain, Printed By Lemon. 

During her time in Spain, Beatrix was responsible for handling all international design inquiries as well as serving as the main point of contact for all international clients. Beatrix Returned to the United States and continued to gain more experience in Graphic Design and Client Interaction working for a Non-Profit company, Barakat. With Barakat Beatrix lead the initiative to design informational flyers while preserving culture in design in order to generate awareness for Barakat’s cause. With in the first four months Beatrix Helped raise over $20,000 to help build schools for communities in need overseas. 

Now Beatrix Serrano currently has taken on the role of Customer Support Specialist at dRofus, Inc. where she will uphold the front lines of positive customer experience.
