General

I can't upload/download documents

Normally this is caused by firewall problems. To be able to upload/download documents port 8081 needs to be open. To verify that there is a firewall issue try to generate a PDF report i.e. a room list from “Reports and exports”. If this fails also you may look at this web page; http://www.drofus.no/en/support-services/system-requirements/firewall.html

Can I run dRofus on Mac OSX

dRofus is a native Windows application and can not run directly under Mac OS X. It is possible to run dRofus on Mac using a virtualization solution e.g. Parallels. If you need to us export to Office products these must also be installed in the virtualization environment.
