dRofus is a global software company within the building industry with around 30 employees in Norway, Sweden, USA, Australia and France. We are part of the Nemetschek Group. We need a Sales Director to coordinate all of our sales efforts in Europe, and to handle the contact with some of our largest customers, both existing and new. The location of the position can be in Oslo, London or Stockholm.  

We are looking for someone who is familiar with the building industry, and who has detailed knowledge about BIM and work processes for different parties involved in the lifecycle of a building. It is a great advantage if you have an education within the area of architecture, engineering, construction or BIM data management, and/or work experience from this industry. Ideally, you have a strong track record as a talented sales person for software solutions, but this is not an ultimate requirement as your professional credibility and knowledge base within BIM can be your most important asset in the sales process of dRofus.

In this position, you will work in a team of highly skilled professionals who enjoy working in a dynamic, fast growing company, with a software that contributes to a more efficient building industry and enhanced work processes for everyone involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all our sales efforts for dRofus in Europe
  • Handle the direct contact and sales to our largest existing and new customers in this region
  • Be responsible for reporting of sales up against company targets for this region
  • Collaborate with our MD’s in USA and Australia around overall sales strategies

You will report directly to the CEO. The position will involve some travelling, mostly in Europe but also overseas.
